They make you wait 30 minutes for a remake. They still mess up in the remade order and show no care and concern. There was hair in my food and when I called about it the manager said all his employees had on hair nets. I had to tell the man hey I don’t have hair so these long hair strands didn’t come from me. I had to literally call back the next day. The manager she refused to give me her name but said they would remake my order so I went there today and they made us wait 30 mins for a remake and there didn’t even put meat on one of the tacos and they didn’t make my loaded nachos. I called and asked for a corporate number but let them tell it they don’t have that information. They refused to give me corporate or regional managers information. So I wasted money on food I couldn’t enjoy on Friday or today. I will never come to this trashy location EVER again.

After I asked a staff member, another staff member clocked is and made my order in front of me and hand delivered it to me. I wish I had gotten her name to leave a positive review for her. Thank you dear.

The workers could just be busy, overworked, or were inexperienced so I empathize with them on that but I can’t in good conscience recommend this place to any vegans/vegetarians. My recommendation: go to the Taco Bell in Lake Jackson. They haven’t messed up my order so far and are comparatively generous with their portions
