- CBclarisa benavides3 days ago1.0I love 7 brew. I go there all the time. But this andrews location really upset me. I waited in line for 20+ minutes to get my drink. I tried using my reward points for a free any size drink. The young lady took my order, I waited in line and when I get to the front where they handout drinks the lady at the front asked what my drink was. My drink wasn’t “saved”. So the young girls did try and help me but I had to go back to work. So I left without a drink. I let the girls know I would come back but now my reward on the website is gone so now I can’t even use it. I tried to be patient but to wait 20-30 minutes for a drink is kinda crazy.

Diana consistently brings positive energy through the day, and always goes out of her way to help others even when she’s busy. As a Customer I’m always more excited to see her through my morning to sit and chat with her while I wait for my coffee Her work ethic is amazing, and she handles every task with patience and care. She’s always making sure orders are perfect, Diana always gives her best. She makes stressful days easier and fun days even better.

I don’t live in Andrew’s I live in Big Spring and I frequent 7 brew here, but I can honestly say the Andrew’s location is where it’s at! The crew is polite and respectful and they all give off good vibes! But the one I was impressed with was Kaylee she was rocking and rolling getting them drinks out faster than the line was moving and running them to the cars! I call that dedication and eager to give great customer service! I look forward to going back when I’m in Andrew’s!

The free drink times were such a win — it gives you so much flexibility while you’re figuring out what you like, and honestly it made learning the menu feel fun instead of overwhelming. Every single employee I’ve met has been an absolute gem. They’re fast, they’re friendly, they’re patient, and they hype you up like you’ve been besties for years. Seriously, I haven’t had a single experience that wasn’t amazing. And can we talk about the milk alternatives not costing extra?! I about shed a tear. Plus all the drinks are gluten-free, so ordering is stress-free and I don’t have to interrogate the poor barista like a detective. Overall, 10/10. I will definitely be back… like, probably tomorrow
