  The food was great and the man even custom made me a buffalo ranch 🥪 (: only issue was somebody forgetting the 2nd burger! Luckily, they didn’t make it difficult to come back and grab it. Just for future reference.

  Absolutely horrible service! Watched the works dance and laughed in the lobby while 20+ cars are waiting for food. Locked the lobby at 11. Workers inside yelled from inside while laughing telling me to call the restaurant, and then didn’t answer the phone. I placed a pick up order that was ready. Sitting on the counter, and they continue to refuse to give me my food I already paid for!!! NEW MANAGEMENT NEED!

  WHY are your doors closed, and then WHY is the drive through not moving....I've been waiting for over 20 minutes and not one car has moved. Unacceptable for a 24 place

  The burgers are ALWAYS cold!! Why??? I ordered 3 combo meals and I had to pull forward and wait 20 minutes because they said I had such a large order, lol. Get someone in there that can keep burgers cooked and hot so the food is hot and wait time is down!!! But the wait time at whataburger is their creed but it doesn’t mean people like it. And the milkshakes suck!

  I went here and ordered curbside they were kind of busy so expected a little bit of a wait. However it took them well over an hour and I eventually was fed up and went in and asked him nicely he had me food just sitting on the counter not bringing it out. It was missing my shake so I waited another 20 minutes for that and then got home and the food was cold. I get being busy but and hour and a half for fast food is insane.
