  I love going to this United, but not today! I’m a doordasher and sometimes have to pick up orders at the shop and go, I called like normal and the most unpleasant lady named Tiffany answered the phone, she acted like she couldn’t hear me on the phone then hung up on me, so I called back 5x with no answer, I go inside to see what was going on and she’s laughing and giggly with a co worker until i walked up, her smile and her demonor changes instantly and automatically looked annoyed, she proceeds to tell me that the systems are messing up, but as im standing there the phones are ringing and she’s ignoring them; it doesn’t end there, the little girl that brought the groceries came with a attitude as well and was very argumentative telling me that it’s her mom and her mom is never rude to people and was coming off very aggressive, so to Tiffany and your daughter, Do Better! If you don’t like your job don’t work in customer service!

  The store is over all great but, today I went to check out and the employee that was watching The self checkout was literally breathing down my neck: At first, I thought I was just being self-conscious, but I knew it was true whenever I went to tap to pay using my phone and she leaned over me and clicked finished & pay. I don’t know about you guys, but that is one of my biggest pet peeves like please black up and give me space you do not need to be that close to see that I am not shoplifting from the store. I literally had to hold in my fart until I got to the car lol. I didn’t get her name, but she was fully gray. I also hate how the self checkout literally announced every single item and how much it cost and how much you save. Sticking to my normal spot on river road.

  Pharmacy was rude and bothered that I asked a question. Then I didn't have your "special apps " on my phone so I could not buy products at the lower price ,not everyone wants your app on their phones and I won't pay 18. for 1 gallon of ice cream ,you have unfair practices at United Food stores.

  I do not recommend coming to this store after 730pm and 8pm they close the doors and are down right rude we just needed a few things even tho the sign says 9pm they will close nope they kick you out and not let you get what you need at 8pm they are rude disrespectful people that work here
