  your manager at this location is the actual reason her team members don’t respect their customers because the way she treats customers way to set the example of how your team members should be treating customers, every single time I go to this location because I’m in the area the team members are always rude and you always have a long wait for things to not be right. The point of ordering ahead is so we don’t have to wait 15-20 minutes still

  took over 20 mins for only a kids meal absolutely ridiculous there was just only one car waiting on food we ordered ahead of time on the app and still had to wait over 20 minutes

  The 3rd time that I have sat out there for over 30 min without getting my order. The second time I left without my food because I was about to be late after sitting there for 40 minutes. The management needs to get stuff fixed or the management needs to be replaced.
