  I do not recommend going to this sonic,ordered a burger with Jalapenos and extra at it, I did not get what I wanted so called and Manager and she said it was portion controlled and as long as I got eight I should be fine.What an idiotic rude thing to say to a customer...

  Fries were over salted, burgers were cold, service was slow, not because they were crowded but because they only had 1 carhop.

  The Sonic on Hillside & Western is a straight joke. DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING Place was EMPTY drive-through empty, parking lot empty so I asked for my food fresh. She said yes. Why did I get my food 2–3 minutes later? Be serious. I get home and open my food and the chicken is soggy, nasty, and NOT COOKED ALL THE WAY. That’s how people get SALMONELLA. Like y’all really out here serving undercooked chicken?? The chili cheese fries were hard, old, and stale too. I call the store and ask for a manager. She says she IS the manager, then tells me she just barely became a manager and doesn’t know what to do. So basically… untrained. The only thing she could say was “come back.” Mind you, I already drove home in the cold after a long day at work. Between the raw chicken, health risk, and a manager who clearly wasn’t trained, this Sonic needs HELP. Somebody from corporate needs to step in because this is embarrassing and dangerous. Do better. Period. WILL NOT BE RETURNING
