  Been coming here for a while, more than I should in one week. Everytime I waited for my food for 30 minutes I Ben when ordering on the app. My fry’s were never full with a large order. The manager (female at the time I believe) said as terrible with snotty remarks when asked about anything. But today!! Food was fast. Hot, fresh. FRYS WERE FULL which was a challenge for them and it’s all because they have a new manager in here by the looks of it older male with an accent. Keep him here this store sucks with the other manager !

  EW MY BURGER HAD ROACHES IN IT AND I TURNED INTO A DRUNK GUY! AND SERVICE WAS PRETTY GOOD EW! NEVER COME HERE!

  Two days in a row I've ordered breakfast there and had egg shells in my egg mcmuffin. I come to this location because it's closest to my house and I often have issues here. I already know I HAVE to check my bag before leaving because they almost always give me my order with missing food. They seem to always forget to put fries in the bag. I hate it when they have me pull into the numbered stalls because they never put the sauce in the bag for chicken nuggets. I end up having to go inside to get the dipping sauces. If I wanted to go inside I wouldn't have went in the drive thru. Going inside is a whole other headache because nobody helps you inside. Employees will see you standing there but nobody will come to the registers to see if you need anything. I have to loudly ask for someone to help me only for them to act like I'm an inconvenience to ask for the sauces they forgot.

  Ordered a fish filet sandwich, had to wait 10 minutes to get. I was ok with the wait because I knew it would be hot. However, when I got home it was obvious the cook didn’t want to make fish sandwich as he gave me a hamburger with tartar sauce on it. Needless to say I am not happy.

  Never had an issue getting my order before but today i was told i showed up too late, And wouldn’t be able to get my food. I had the chance to re order and get my food but i wouldn’t be able to get my discount because “i don’t know what you have available on your app” just tell me no and you don’t want to help me.
