  kid at the window asked me to park after I waited 5 minutes on the truck in front of me. He said there are customers behind you. I said, "I'm a customer", he called me "wack". A child manager came, told me either I pull up or she could refund me and I could go home. I took the refund, which took longer than bringing my food. I didn't go home as she rudely suggested, I went to Wendy's. Poor customer service, bad attitudes, and cold food is what you get at McDonalds. They should tell you when you place your order if you will be asked to pull up, which is every time I go there. Wait time is about 10 minutes while I watch all the people behind me get served, every location every time. When my food comes it's cold, not worth 25.00. It was dinner and they had a line, they told me to pull forward, I ordered a burger. What is everybody else ordering? Burgers? Wendy's was cold and greasy, but a much better experience. I'll eat at home so I don't have to deal with a bunch of rude kids and expensive, cold uneatable food. A peanut butter sandwich is better than cold McDonalds. Goodbye to McDonalds. I don't need drama going through a friking drive through. If you don't want a line keep doing what you are doing, I'm sure it will go away, I did.

  Waited like 20 mins in the drive thru and they messed up my order. I specifically ordered a hash brown and a sausage McMuffin and they just gave me an egg McMuffin. I have and egg allergy so I couldn’t eat it. And I was already running late so I couldn’t do anything

  Found a bug in my food. When I asked to speak to a manger they told me there isnt anywhere. When I asked for a number of some I could contact, a manager told me to leave of she'll call the cops.

  I was at McDonald’s today and I ordered a Big Mac and fries. What I got was not exceeding my standards. My fries were soggy, my burger tasted like horse meat, my drink had a hair in it and the lady looks like her name would be Karen. 1 star.
