  Came in today for my kid. I do not particularly care for food here. Took 5 minutes for someone to come to the counter. Had 2 employees walk right past me while I was waiting. It is like McDonalds no longer wants customers to have a face to face experience. Yes they have an app. Yes they have a kiosk. That is like a self checkout at Walmart. I do not work here therefore, when I walk into the store, I should not have to touch those nasty screens. There should be someone behind the counter to take my order!!

  Every time I go here they are constantly forgetting one thing or another this time is was a tone of sauces how y'all forgetting something that is located at the window or upfront
