  Live this store. It's way more than a place to get groceries. They have some great fresh cut flowers, a bank inside, food ready to eat.

  The United gas station employees need to stay in their lane. And need to add people reward number I'd asked by the customer. They need to act like they are doing a job not own the gas station.

  This was the first time that I have shopped at a market street and I was thoroughly pleased with my experience. I stopped in after a long trip at around 7 in the morning, and all of the workers were extremely kind. There was one man in the checkout who was very sociable and was telling us about the 2nd largest canyon in the US! Wonderful experience and I recommend it to all!

  please go to Natural Grocers and pick up an orange tote for shopping, then go to United Supermarkets and pick up their blue tote and compare. All United Stores blue totes are dirty, grimy, and filthy! yet you go into Natural Grocers and their orange totes are super clean and shiney, why? I repeatedly brought this issue up to United and they simply don't care. I went as far as asking if I could get some paper towels and cleaner off the shelf and clean them myself; they laughed. And don't stop at totes, please take a gander at their restroom facilities; you'll be amazed by the difference; why? Here's a bigger question, if this is the standard of quality, can you imagine what goes on in the deli, meat, and bakery! I returned an item from the deli and the attendant who gave me a refund literally said "I never eat items from the kitchen here." I'm embarrassed for United and wish it was the old store of quality voted best in Amarillo a decade ago. sad :( Thank goodness for Natural Grocers & Panhandle Meat Processing.

  Waited ten minutes for a young child behind the counter to figure out how to do a western union transaction to be told he couldn't load money on my card. Apparently, the uniteds on 45th and Georgia use different banks. Or the kid didn't know how to do it. I'll blame management for poor training than a child trying to work, except i will point out based on what I saw, the kids not going to go far with a mediocre work ethic.
