Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.
Many customers reported extremely slow service, with long wait times for food orders.

Elohim [EL-OH-HEEM] Bless!!! Glory to You Elohim!!! If a patron chooses to come into a Whataburger, who btw has been eating/drinking at Whataburger before most of the employees at all three Whatsburgers in Amarillo, Tx were born, why voice from behind the counter prejudical remarks? Glory to You Elohim!!! The owner of Whataburger was Baptized and refused to close on Sundays, despite being told to do so in prayer. Glory to You Elohim!!! I'm very fluent in Spanish, and although racism doesn't begin/end/begin with one race, nor does hiring within one race have any value, yet it does occur at all Whataburgers. Glory to You Elohim!!! If someone chooses to shout English/Spanish remarks ftom behind the counter, and even walking by, I guess the whole compliment of Americans are held culpable for the standpoint of a few. Glory to You Elohim!!! How many elderly people gather at fast-Food places to chat, yet the younger generation has their iwn understanding viewpoints. Glory to You Elohim!!! Absentee ownership of businesses is an issue in America, why add a defiant, in comprehensible employees? Glory to You Elohim!!! The world needs to wake-up TALL THE SIGNS OF THE END TIMES, get Baptized and pray. Glory to You Elohim!!! Speed, speeding, speediness reflects the unbalanced in knowledge and understanding when it comes to everlasting life, AND, unconfessed sins by each other reflects in attitudes, and quality of treatment. Glory to You Elohim!!! Does mankind treat the only begotten Son of the universe, Lord Jesus, with respect when we purposely foul upon each other without a cause? Glory to You Elohim!!!

Food is fine…SLOWEST Service I have ever received in my life… And no they were not short staffed, They had ZERO SENSE OF URGENCY. It’s 9 PM at at night I just got off a 12 hour shift and all I wanna do is get home and watch the game and this guy is handing me my drink slower than a sloth. Fast food? Nope. There is zero excuse for a 30 minute drive-through line when there was only five cars. Absolutely ridiculous. Give me my food so I can go home please. Oh and I asked for a large on my drink and I asked for spicy ketchup and I did not receive those things. I’m being very generous by giving two stars Instead of one.
