Waited 20+ minutes for tenders that came out cold and stale fries. Not to mention everyone there is rude and severely lacks any customer service skills.

Have had issues the last 4 times I’ve visited this location in the am.
First time, sat at window staring at the lunch menu, was 740. Finally was greeted with, Sorry about that, our cook hasn’t shown up yet.
Second issue, manager 2 hours hate and employees couldn’t take orders.
Third time, completely wrong order.
Today’s visit, Instead of saying, sorry for the inconvenience but our system is down.
I was greeted with. OUR SYSTEM IS DOWN!!!! then silence.
Unfortunately I give up with Wendy’s.

The lovely lady working the drive thru this morning needs to be recognized! She is always personable and smiling! The soda machine went down this morning and she went to the lobby and got me my Dr. Pepper so I can start my Monday off on a good note! Thank you!
