Then when you bring it to someones attention they say it's your fault with a "your credit card declined I need to scan it again".

Free items should still be made to standard, the companies that collaborate with Wendy's to do the promotions expect for their customers to have their order made correctly.

So I drove around the building and see 4 workers just standing around in the back. I go back around and someone finally answered. They take my order, I pay, food comes out. They forgot the frosty, the honey mustered, and when we get home I see that my Dave’s Double is a single. Safe to say we won’t be returning to this location soon.
