    It's that time of year when money is short and bills are long. Everyone make sure to grab your receipts some people are getting their credit cards scanned twice. Then when you bring it to someones attention they say it's your fault with a "your credit card declined I need to scan it again".

    I had a Dave's Single, and it looked like it had zero lettuce, it literally had 3 tiny shreds of lettuce on it. I know it was a free promo, but it shouldn't matter. Free items should still be made to standard, the companies that collaborate with Wendy's to do the promotions expect for their customers to have their order made correctly.

    I got a drive through order at 9pm, had to sit and wait for anyone to speak over the intercom. Nobody chimed in. So I drove around the building and see 4 workers just standing around in the back. I go back around and someone finally answered. They take my order, I pay, food comes out. They forgot the frosty, the honey mustered, and when we get home I see that my Dave’s Double is a single. Safe to say we won’t be returning to this location soon.

    If yall ever come on to the Wendy’s on W Amarillo blvd please see if my Buddy in his name is Rhisheed he is a good young man that is trying he all ways smile and he is all ways happy he do his best on everything he do I think this young man need a standing ovation for the way he treat the customers that come in here and a raise he is all ways nice kind and joyful

    Most of the women employees have a bad attitude, including a manager. Always on their personal phones. And they made little remarks at me without realizing I can hear them. Because I took my time eating my food and was there for a little over a hour. I didn’t know I was doing anything wrong
