  I just went through the drive thru and they forgot the nuggets in one biggie bag meal and didn't want to give me a French frie that I ordered separately, but the cashier rang me up wrong, and mind you, I was sitting there waiting forever for fresh fries already, then when I finally get my food I had to run back in, so my food is getting colder at this point and then they didn't give me a receipt either, so they had to pull me up on register like I was lying, in my opinion that lady should of gave me the fries for the inconvenience and she just didn't want to make my order right. I've been going to this Wendy's for 5 years, I won't go back no more now

  ⭐ 1 Star I had a very disappointing experience at this location. The employee who helped me—a light/pale - skinner woman with red/blonde hair was extremely rude from the moment I walked in. Her attitude was dismissive, unprofessional, and made me feel unwelcome. Because of how she treated me, I decided not to continue with my purchase. I will not be returning to this location as long as this employee represents the company. No customer should be spoken to or treated the way she acted.

  I go to this Wendy's frequently, since it is minutes from my office. I have been really loving the new tenders. Yesterday, at the speakerbox, they gave me the price for 3 tenders (not the combo) which was not the same as the price on the menu ($5.39). I mentioned it, took a pic for them for when I reached the window. I showed the guy, he got a manager, she approved the menu price and all was good. I went back today, noticed the menu had still not changed. My order did not appear on the screen like yesterday and he didn't tell me the total, he just said pull up. When I got to the window, a woman told me the same price ($7.80) I got yesterday. I told her the menu says something different and she just rudely repeated the price again. i explained i had been here yesterday and the manager approved it at that time. she then said "what do you want me to do?" I said "get a manager?" she LAUGHED and said "i am the manager" I said okay, but before i could say anything else, she said "you'll just get them for free then." and stormed off. before i could explain that i want to pay for them i just want to pay whats advertised she was shoving a brown bag at me. so i took it and left.

  Wendy's customer service fell off..SMH. Wanted to just sit and enjoy a meal. I was acknowledged but never served.....dining room guest used to always get preference. But, atlas my complaint will never be address just as my presence in the dining room. Miss Lady with the blonde braid...super sweet though.
