    Small bit of advice, don’t spray window cleaner over open bags of food. What if myself or my kids are allergic to the cleaning spray that just misted on/into our bags?

    Everytime me an my friend go for our spicy nuggets NICK is theee best love him never tells us he don’t have them an gets them out so fast considering we order like 32 nuggets 😂 may his pillow always be cold on both sides🤭

    They changed their menu which is seriously stupid. Guy didn’t even know what he was doing and I had a coupon and got it scanned but when I received my order they said I couldn’t get what I wanted with my coupon. Stupid. Get y’all’s stuff together. The new change to the menu was dumb as well.

    Customer service was extremely poor. We waited 15–20 minutes for a biscuit and a burrito, and the delay caused me to be late for work. My husband went inside to ask about the hold-up, but the employee, Edith, walked right past him while he was trying to get her attention and did not acknowledge him at all. On top of that, our coffees were missing. When we requested a refund, she stated that we would need to return the food because they “had to wait on the biscuits.” Had we been informed of such a long wait ahead of time, I would not have used my card in the first place. Communication was minimal and the overall experience was very disappointing.

    The systems were down and I had to pay cash. Elisha was phenomenal!!! She had the best attitude given the circumstances and definitely made me want to return just to see her. She handles pressure very well and was so kind. Keep up the great work Elisha!!
