We started to go through the self checkout line with our SMALL basket of items, which were literally big items and got told to go to another checkout line and when we said they were just big items the lady running self checkout got an attitude and told us there was a sign. We went to the other side where there wasn't a sign and she came at us AGAIN with an attitude. We ended up going to a cashier line and the sacker walked passed us 2 times while watching my husband bag our groceries.... mind you they are extremely slow with maybe 2 people checking out and she waited until my husband had maybe 2 or 3 items left to bag and asked if we wanted her help, then she stood there and continued to watch him bag the groceries. When I called and talked the manager, Sarah, she was just as rude as the self checkout lady, saying she saw our cart and we needed to go through another line and when I told her they were big boxes she argued and told us it wasn't her problem. If we are going to sack our own groceries we might as well check ourselves out. This United needs a new front end manager and employees if this is how they treat their customers. I'll go to any other United but I DO NOT recommend coming to this one. I usually go to the soncy location they are polite and don't treat their customers like garbage.

They dont want you to know how old it is. This is illegal and misrepresenting the food. You could make someone gravely ill.
