- KWKaleb WJan 18, 20261.0This is by far the worst location united has anywhere in Texas. The incompetent bookkeeper and manager who "doesnt know" policy need to be let go or replaced. Imelda Ortiz told me that my card type wasnt allowed for the transaction AFTER she charged me the money.(i use this card every other week for money orders at this location) Imelda blames me for not stating what kind of card it was. I asked to speak to the store manager which she informed me she was. Which was lie #1. The store manager then produced herself from her desk chair in the back and told me i could get it refunded on my card or in cash (which is illegal and lie #2) I said lets do cash because I knew she was lying, only then she said she couldnt. when I asked why they were both telling me different things and said they didn't know. on the return receipt it says "didnt want." Which is lie #3. The bookkeeper/service manager is a liar and the store manager (if she even was) isn't trained or is a liar as well. Now my money is in limbo for a week waiting on YOUR bank to release the funds. I'm done using this store with its employees who dont care and LIE to the customers face. People handling your money services should have a little more integrity. Also clean your expired product off the shelves.
