  I know prices have gone up. I do visit less as a result. But wanted to give a shout out to this particular location for its kind, sweet staff. I have to special order due to milk allergies and it’s always nice to order without over explaining and get a meal perfectly done without mistakes. So, thank you.

  I understand this is fast food. I understand certain expectations when going to a fast food establishment. However, do not yell at me, do not assume I don't know what the heck I'm talking about or that I have no idea where I am. The lady at the drive up on the speaker was extremely rude. Cut me off at every chance she could from the first sittings that came out of my mouth. Just to try to tell me she didn't have my order. She didn't understand that I am too persistent to be pushed around. finally, all of a sudden found my order. Honestly, I wouldn't put it past her to have wanted to keep the order for herself with the way she handled dholle situation, it was out of control. She really treated me like she just didn't want to give me my food at all from the moment she heard my voice on the intercon. .... i get home get a shower and gets settled all to open my burrito and find nothing but a few fries and some Nacho cheese in it. I am completely beside myself right now with the way the staff acted when I called about it all I wanted was it remade I still have it here with me i opened it up to take a picture of the inside, because even I don't believe this is what I payed for. Trying to discuss with the lady on the phone. I just wanted to get to a solution. And either get a remake or refund. She couldn't stop talking about it. Not being up to my standards, which it wouldn't be up to any one standards. Anyways, this place is out of control. I wouldn't recommend anyone going. If I could figure out how to post the picture, I would!!

  I work at the hospital down the road I get a 40 MINUTE break every shift. I placed an order for a bean and cheese burrito, Dorito Locos tacos supreme. IT TOOK 30 MINUTES TO MAKE 2 ITEMS. I had to scarf my food down, then run back to the hospital in under 10 MINUTES. This is unacceptable. Take your money elsewhere.

  Incredibly rude staff, order is never right correct. Would recommend going to any other Taco Bell than wasting your time and money here.
