Then the 2 people working disappeared to the back for 5-6 minutes and came back and said they were out of the correct tortillas but they could combine my 2 pockets into 1. I was disappointed but understood and agreed. When I was checking she said the total was $14 and when I asked why so much she said she shouldn’t have allowed the rotisserie chicken and that I would have to be charged for a regular sub. I walked out. Most unprofessional environment I have ever been in
