    The 3rd time that I have sat out there for over 30 min without getting my order. The second time I left without my food because I was about to be late after sitting there for 40 minutes. The management needs to get stuff fixed or the management needs to be replaced.

    This sonic needs new management or better training, there has not been a single time that the workers have gotten my drink right at this specific location. Every single time I decide to come back after 3-4 months hoping something changes, it disappoints. Not only the wrong orders but I can order online ahead and I see no one here, and still wait 15-20 min for two or three drinks. This is all while I see new people come and go and get their orders taken.

    The last 3 or 4 times been there the food is cold waited approximately 15 to 45 minutes waiting on food just to get it cold and usually stale fries and bread will not be going to this location again
