- RERiah EkDec 10, 20252.0ordered here thru DoorDash & was so disappointed with my order, i had the build your own bowl & everything was just slopped together barely 5 little tiny pieces of meat & they’ve gotten stingy with their toppings as well. this is why i like to go in person because they can atleast try to put some effort into it since it’s being made then & there on the spot, obviously they don’t care enough to the same thing with Delivery orders because their not gunna see me anyways smh. I wasted almost $20 for something that wasn’t even appetizing to me.

Unfortunately, the Uber Eats delivery went wrong, and I received someone else’s order instead of mine. I was pretty disappointed and had to reorder, hoping for better luck. However, when I contacted Qdoba, the manager, Adriana Hernandez, was amazing! She was incredibly understanding and went above and beyond to make things right. Not only did she ensure my correct order was prepared, but she also included a complimentary entree coupon for my next visit. The portion was generous, and I could tell she put extra care into the order. Though the mix-up wasn’t Qdoba’s fault, Adriana’s dedication and customer service truly turned the experience around. I’m so grateful for her efforts and can’t wait to visit again.

So it's well after the rush, the meat was dried out and was way over salted. The soda machine splattered soda from the nozzle onto my shirt sleeve.
