When I entered to pick up my meal, I was not greeted and I literally had to wait at the counter for someone to acknowledge me. I placed my order to be picked up at 11:00 a.m. and I guess they made it way ahead of time because my food was not hot at all. I was not impressed with the food, the service, or the atmosphere. I will not be returning to Papa John's.

- MCMeli COct 21, 20255.0The customer service here is amazing. Last week I ordered 2 pizzas, one of which didn’t have the pineapples I ordered on it. Not a big deal, once I noticed I just called to get a refund for the up charge. The man that answered the phone, I’m assuming the manager (unfortunately I didn’t get his name) immediately said he would remake both pizzas for free, either then or at a later time. I chose later & thanked him. Called back today, he said he remembered me & to give him 15 minutes to have the pizzas ready. He even brought them out to me when he noticed I was sitting in my car. Thank you so much once again!
