  Ordered New York crust extra cheese, light sauce. I paid for extra cheese but there was barely any cheese at all. It was cold, dry,and burnt. Basically got dry burnt bread. Since I didn't have any toppings except cheese, plus I paid for extra cheese, you would think they would put more cheese.There was hardly any cheese at all. If you want to pay $22 for some burnt dry bread with nothing on it,this is your place. WORST Papa John's I've ever eaten. Manager or whoever answers the phone doesn't care. Appears to be a theme with this location judging by the reviews.

  Absolutely AWFUL!! I should have known from the phone call placed to make my order. Guy answering the phone was nearly impossible to understand. Pizza tasted like cardboard. GO GET A FROZEN PIZZA INSTEAD!!!!!!!!!

  Order a Works pizza for lunch. When I checked out the pizza, it looked as if the cook was lazy and just sprinkled the center with the ingredients. The top half of each slice was just cheese. I pointed this out to the young guy who was working the lunch shift. He did not care. "Mediocrity and lack of concern" ought to be their motto

  Ordered for dinner ,told order would be delivered by 7:15. Later got a notification that it was passed to doordash, because “papa John’s has no delivery drivers”. Ummmm our order was a cash order, and dashers can’t accept cash. So no dasher picked up our order because it was a cash order, and we called to ask how this works, And what was going on, And the person on the phone, said a Dasher never picked up your order and it’s just been sitting here. Ok? So you guys didn’t care to notify us. Maybe call? We canceled our order, and ordered from Pizza Hut because at least they know what they’re doing. Why would you pass a cash order to DoorDash? No dashers Pick up cash orders because they’re not supposed to. You guys are gonna lose money and business doing this…. Very disappointed with your business

  Let me first say that I've worked in the restaurant industry for a decade as a kitchen manager at Outback and Texas Roadhouse. I've been doing gig work over the last 5 years and I'm semi-retired. So, Thursday October 23rd, I pull up and the manager, or maybe owner, was outside smoking cigarettes. He walked in immediately started putting together this customer's order I was there to pick up for without washing his hands. If I'm seeing it , it probably happens all the time. I confronted him about it. That's disgusting I have an obligation to the customers of doordash, GrubHub and Uber. I let doordash know about it and they're starting an investigation of this location. I also told the customer. You could lose your ability to accept offers on doordash if they find you're in violation of the health code Having been in management of restaurants myself I can assure you that goes against the health code of the State of Texas. That's absolutely not safe food handling. I'm wondering how often this happens if I saw it? You might care when the health inspector shows up
