I’ve been to this location twice before and it was fine, but this last visit was extremely disappointing. The pizza tasted old and cold, and even my son—who usually enjoys everything—didn’t want to eat. The plates and cup we were given were still wet and had leftover food on them, which was very unpleasant. We decided to leave without eating. The only reason we went was because my son wanted to play, but unfortunately, the overall cleanliness made us very uncomfortable. To make matters worse, as we were leaving, I stepped on a dead mouse right by the exit door. I’m almost certain it came from inside the restaurant. That was the final straw. I didn’t make a scene or complain at the moment, but this experience was unacceptable. I will not be returning.
