We were very disappointed with our recent experience. Our order was incorrect, and we were charged for items we never received. When we brought this to the staff’s attention, our concerns were not properly addressed.
What was most frustrating was that the general manager would not come speak with us directly. Instead, an employee was sent to communicate on their behalf, which made us feel dismissed rather than valued as customers.
We left unsatisfied, not just because of the billing issue, but because of the lack of accountability and customer service. We hope management takes feedback like this seriously and works to improve communication and service in the future.

The drive thru guy always be giving attitude this is the second time he took my order and gave me an attitude. I don't know his name but he has curly hair one time when I was paying he was chewing gum and then rolled his eyes and he always has an exaggerated sighs which is really unprofessional. Don’t work at a service job if you’re going to be unkind, one star for the nice lady who gave me my food!

Mane, I don’t know who hates me in the kitchen, but swear everytime I order it’s like yall make my food with hate and malice. I was gonna cut yall some slack cause like who wouldn’t hate working at McDonalds, but then I saw the furry handing out food. Cmon man, if yall allowed to be furries in uniform you can’t hate the job that bad. So in conclusion it gotta be me, right? My sincerest apologies to whomever I did dirty back there🙇🏻♂️

0 STARS IF I COULD! i came thru the drive thru after i used the mobile app to place an order of the family bundle meal with 2 Big Macs 2 medium fries & a 20piece nuggets. the young girl at the back drive was nice & the male manager at the window was nice as well but they only gave me 1 Big Mac so I had to turn around & go back, when I did it took them like 3 whole minutes to open the window & asked what I needed & it was the female manager I later found out her name is Brylee she rolled her eyes at me when I told her I had a missing Big Mac, then when I waited another few mins for the food she very rudely handed me the bag and slammed the window shut on my face so I park and get out. I go to the counter & the male manager asked can I help you? I said yes that manager you have at the window what’s her name? I said I’m a manager too at a fast food place & is that how yall treat people? so I asked for his supervisors name and for cooperation number he pulls out his phone to help me & she yells out heyyyy! whatre you doing? he said im helping her, she is slamming bags and things around, then after i was able to get the number from him i ask him can i trade my fries for fresh fries since mine were out in the car cold and nasty since i had to come in here & wait almost 15min. so he does that & he apologized but that young lady who is a so called “manager” needs to be fired or retrained on how to treat PAID customers AND employees! yall made the wrong lady a manager her ego was thru the roof she never not once apologized to me. it wasn’t even busy it wasn’t any rush, she just had a very terrible attitude & i dont deserve that after i had been nice and just wanted my missing burger that YALL forgot to put in my bag. how can you get mad at the customers for YOUR mistake! I always come to this location as it’s down the street from my house but she better get it together!

I had a bad experience I came through the drive thru the first time to get my food hoping it was going to be fresh and hot seeing that there’s was no one in the line but the fries were cold and the sandwiches were Also cold. So I went to the window to see if I can could get my food fresh I went to the window there was a gentlemen, standing by the window and asked who’s car is at the window in which in my eyes he saw that there was a car at the window and still proceeded to talk to his colleagues and play around a goof around and laugh around, so then he still didn’t come to the window Until I slit the window back and was like hey can I talk to you cause I seen that he already saw me he asked me what did I need? I told him that my food was cold and instead of saying well, hey I’ll make your food fresh. The manager asked the gentleman did I want a refund instead of making my food fresh so I said no I want my food made freshly. I’m looking at the gentleman. The manager also was looking at me and looking inside the bag and I told her also that I wanted my food fresh and they said pull up to A. I did that and also the gentleman was like give them 10 minutes. A young lady come out two minutes later with the same sandwiches in a bag and a large fry. When there was four sandwiches and one burger two small fries we were coming to return then the young lady proceeded to say this is your second time coming up here, but really it was our first time coming up here cause that was our first time going through the drive-through to Ask them to make the food so then she proceeds to say can you check the sandwiches because you said to make them fresh and that’s what we did I checked the sandwiches. The sandwiches was the same sandwiches. I brought up there for them to exchange it because it was cold. and just gave us a large fresh fry what I never even paid for I had two small fries Then a guy proceeds to come back out and say it’s gonna be four more minutes and then walk back in then the manager finally comes out with the hot fresh food and I was still willing to spend my money with the company, even though they was very unprofessional and with the people that they have there at night they’re gonna lose a lot of business, cause they was not willing to fix the food. They were just willing to give the money back.
