I called to place an order and the guy who answered the phone didn't even answer with this Jimmy Johns. I had to ask if I was calling the right place. He had no idea what was going on,I wanted to make an order but apparently he didn't know anything. I'm stuck at work or I would've went in to order. Seeing how incompetent he was and also seeing the reviews I'm glad I didn't place my order.

Slow. Jimmy John’s used to be known for speed. Now it seems the focus is on online/drive thru orders and not in store customers.

Came in and waited to be served at the register. Employee Kayla approached the register and just stared at us. Did not ask if she could help or anything so I took it upon myself to approach her and start my order. I ordered a turkey combo and a wrap, specified combo and then just wrap by itself. Received only the turkey sandwich and wrap no combo. Everyone there looks like they don’t want to be there
