  Fazolis Amarillo uses local non-profit organizations to boost their revenue and then claims no one came or mentioned anything so they do not have to "give back". Amarillo GM Brandon said, "We just aren't going to do that anymore."

  I wish I was better remember names. The gentleman working the counter today was absolutely amazing! The lady delivering the food and busing the tables was so very helpful and friendly. Food was good as always. Thank you so much for the amazing customer service and upbeat personalities!

  I just drove from Joliet, Illinois and was looking forward to having dinner. Eric went above and beyond to serve me. His personality is so outgoing from a total stranger. I haven't had outstanding service in years. You are lucky to have Eric as an employee. He shines and I guarantee he will go places. Thank you for having Eric! Keep up the fantastic work you do!

  I immediately am asked to pay for my food ahead of eating and the POS system is asking for a tip. ITS A FAST FOOD JOINT. Fountain station was out of order and they charged me 2.49 $ for tap water..... I don't care how good thefood might be, I was ready to leave before I got it. Now that I received it...... tiny amount for $12.43. I had a steak with shrimp yesterday and was waited on by an actual waitress and it was 4$ more. I'll not return.
