  they lobby was closed there was a truck in the middle that I can barely can drive Thur and I go thru the drive thru and they don't have donuts wow 😳 I drove 10 min out of my way to get here and this happen

  I went and ordered avocado toast with bacon this morning and snacking bacon extra crispy. It was so fresh and perfectly cooked. It was delicious. The gentleman at the window was very nice. Thank you guys for a delicious breakfast.

  I am writing to express deep concern regarding a recent interaction with a staff member at the Dunkin’ Donuts located at 2823 Western Ave, Amarillo, TX 79109. This incident occurred on 12/27/2025. I ordered two donuts and a bottle of Mountain Dew. I was provided with my order, and as I drove away and took a sip of the Mountain Dew, I noticed it was flat and had a listed expiration date of 11/03/2025, approximately 1 month, 24 days expired. Upon learning I had been provided with an expired food item, I drove back to the location and stopped at the drive-thru speaker. I told the female employee I had an issue with my order and was going to pull up to the window to discuss it. As I pulled up to the window, I was met with a hostile attitude from the young, medium-tone skin employee with piercings and wearing a black ‘Ghost Face’ t-shirt, an employee that seems to be mentioned in numerous negative reviews… I explained my issue and she told me that I should’ve waited at the speaker for her to listen to me and then pull forward. I was going to have to pull forward and speak to her regardless, so I view this as a moot point. I handed her my expired drink and asked if it could be replaced. She stated: “the drink options haven’t changed since you ordered” at which time I asked for something current and not expired. She provided me with a Pepsi that was current, and yelled at me, stating the following: “Next time, wait at the speaker and don’t be a dickhead about it”. She finished her statement by slamming the drive thru window shut before I could respond, obviously trying to get the last word in. I had tried to order donuts on the morning of 12/25/2025 at the same location, at which time the same staff member had informed me they were out of donuts. The store lobby has been closed for months and the staff do not allow customers to come inside to order. I have serious concern for the unhinged behavior of this female employee and her uncalled treatment of a regular customer. Be careful when ordering here!
