The woman that answered the phone (I won't name her here) with Domino's told me she wasn't going to listen to my feedback or criticism on how they were doing after waiting an hour for my order. When I asked for the managers email or work contact number she yelled at me over the phone and then pretended she couldn't understand me. Soon after that she got tired of listening to me and hung up.
