- JWJosh WarrenFeb 15, 20262.0We placed a pick up order at 7:26 and they said it would be ready for pick up at 7:40, we got here at 7:42 and the chipotlane have 8 cars in it, and our order did not say it was even being prepared it still said it was only received, it is now 8:44, and we just got our food. Thanks to the young lady that brought people out to the cars in line and started getting things moving, even though it was an hour late. I think they need to hire more staff or figure out their system to get orders out on time, or tell people it will be longer. Order number Y74-WA1 for owner reference
- BBBillyFeb 14, 20261.0It’s a shame because I usually enjoy Chipotle at other locations. 1 star is due to rude service. Every time I stop by this location I am polite, patient, and kind. They couldn’t care less and are rude every time. I will not return until new management trains new employees. Do better please. I would eat here everyday after the gym if you had polite employees.
