The staff was - unusual for a Chipotle staff - friendly and not high. Outside smelled bad, though, but I think that's probably unavoidable in a cattle-transit city.

When I asked them they were extremely rude about it and that it is a policy to that specific store, yet if I ordered on the app and hit extra rice it doesn’t charge extra. Hire better employees with better customer service. Never coming back to this awful location

Simple mistake but rather than owning the problem they made us bring our food back just to throw it away and remake the food with less. Make that make sense. Terrible. Also because I had a happy state card they wouldn’t give me a refund…. Yall need to do better if you don’t like your job go do something else but don’t take it out on your customers.
- HBH BDec 13, 20251.0I went around 8:25pm most of the little containers were empty, the lady looks Hispanic with extra long fake eyelashes, she was arguing with the white gut about tips, she wanted part of it, when she was just walking around, going to the back and coming back, she saw me.standing there for more than 4 minutes she didn't say anything all she cares was taking about the tips and the guy was trying to explain something but she didn't care, more people came in and still we had to wait, finally the guy came to take my order, mire people came in but also Darius came in, she got so happy and excited, the cook and her went to talk to him, the white guy was chasing me out and ask for help with the line, she just came to tell him "I work hard too", and went back to talk to Darius and the cook, the food ia good but the service is awful, the owner needs to take care and watch his business, this is like the third time that happens to me.
