  We ordered the 2 burgers, fries and ice teas a few weeks ago. Order was placed at 11. My husband picked up our order and they had obviously used the day old fries as they were oily tasting and hard. So gross!! TODAY- 3/7/26: Ordered at 11:30. We ordered the same order as stated above, except got potato wedges and tots this time. When we picked up the order there was only 1 burger. They took 30 mins to get the other burger so everything else was cold!! They did not redo order. Either the people that cook are high, lazy or not able to read an order. Ridiculous that the 2 times we have EVER ordered from here has not been correct!!! Never again!!

  I had an online order for wings, fries, wedges and a wrap. My fries were old, cold and crunchy. I received mostly flats out of a 20 piece. My order had to be rebagged because there was sauce everywhere. I hardly ever come here and this is why. Their quality of food is poor.

  Ordered $77+ of food for the Superbowl. Order is mostly WRONG!! Ordered the 20/20 wing bundle. DON’T BOTHER!! Boneless wings are smaller than chicken nuggets at McDonald’s. Only got half of those. Ordered naked wings. Every damn one is slathered in sauce. Supposed to have large fries with the order. None in the order. Ripped off! The chips and guacamole they got right! Ordered the Ultimate Sampler and it’s not right either. To add more insult to injury, I tried calling the restaurant 7 times!!! One time a man answered and asked me to hold and I said yes. He then hung up on me. If this is the way Buffalo Wild Wings does business then shame on you!

  Don't ever order delivery there. Driver Took 2 hours to pick the food up from them and you would think they would at least remake the food so it wasn't cold but no, they let the driver pick up the food that's been sitting there for 2 hours instead of giving fresh food. Manager was no help and blamed door dash, yes I get door dash took that long to go but why not just make new food? Plus some of the order was wrong but I didn't even care about that anymore being the food was freezing cold. I've already called y'all, called corrupt, filed out the dumb forms and I've emailed y'all. I'm really over it at this point, y'all all keep pointing fingers at each other. I'm not even asking for a refund or anything, y'all Could've just remade the food to where it's not cold to the touch and plus some of the order was wrong and still nothing… it's exhausting. Y'all don't care about y'all customers at all!
