- LRLillian RitcheyNov 7, 20252.0The lady that came out on an iPad and took my order was super sweet and as a person who also works at a coffee shop, I was excited to see some really good customer service. Until I got to the front there was a girl standing there and she rolled her eyes as I rolled up gave my straw to me said my drink water very annoyed and then continued to shout profanities at her co-workers and Rush her co-workers to get my drink done to get the drive through going because she was so upset and having my window down. I feel that that is really inappropriate to let your customers hear I did not want to hear profanic words. I did not want to hear them calling people losers, I did not want to hear how annoyed they were with the amount of orders your coffee shop you function off of that. I'm extremely disappointed in that girl's behavior towards her customers. Rolling your eyes is never appropriate and treating me with less than human respect makes me regret tipping at all. Coffee was good but the service was so bad. I will never return

This was also my first time coming here and had the best experience.
