It wasn’t a big deal, I just wanted what I paid for. The girl with dark hair and glasses responded with a dismissive “okay” and clear attitude. When she handed the corrected drinks back and said thank you, I didn’t say anything because of the way she had already treated me. As I was walking away, she told another employee, “You see the attitude,” referring to me, even though I hadn’t said a single thing to her, because she wanted to be rude first. When a customer calmly asks for a mistake to be fixed, they shouldn’t be met with attitude or talked about behind their back. If you have something to say, say it to my face.
- JPjamie pritchardMar 2, 20263.0Can someone explain to me, what is the point of ordering on line if it's never ready when we get here, and still have to wait 10 -15 minutes (sitting in parking lot as we speak and so far it's been 11 minutes) this is almost as bad as McDonald's. The lady working the walk up window is rude also. The ladies in the morning are absolutely wonderful and efficient, while providing exceptional customer service. We come to dutch bros every single day. The coffee is wonderful most of the time, (if it's not they fix it) but the order ahead is ridiculous. I edited to provide a bit more information... online order should have been ready at 2:28 through the drive through but there were 8 cars in drive or we came to the window. You'd think that would make it faster. Time was 2:48 when we finally received our paid for items 2 large coffee and 2 hot (burnt) breakfast sandwiches.

We offer a free sticker, while supplies last, with every drink purchased on the first Wednesday of every month at all of our shops!
What is the difference between a shake and a freeze?
A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
