- TCTrap Corbin1 day ago1.0came to georgia st location for convience. had horrible service for ETHAN he was very distrated by the girl RAEGAN that was also working the drive thru. i had to repeat myself for times and he keep interupting me in the middle of me talking to talk to raegan and it was very annoying then when we pull around to collect our order it was wrong and we asked for extra sauce and didnt receive any. We continue and only go to Coulter St location from now on. i love Chick fil a and yall provided garbage service today. i mean seriously the only thing yall serve is chicken. it really shouldnt be that hard. step it up

However, a manager told him no, saying it had to be ordered via delivery. Ultimately, I was told they were out, which left me feeling the situation could have been handled more openly. I’d appreciate clearer communication and consistency so customers aren’t left hanging.
