  4:10 PM ONE TABLE OCCUPIED IN THE WHOLE REESTAURANT SEATED, 3 STAFF MEMBERS 1 TAKING ORDERS ON DESK ONE PASSING BY TAKING CARE OF HER ONE TABLE JUST LOOKING WITHOUT SAYING ONE WORD.... NOT EVEN A WE WILL GET TO YOU OR EVEN JUST ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU ARE THERE IS SOME WILD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! THATS PROBABLY WHERE THE NAME COMES FROM!!! We love your food we got up and left to your other location across town!!! Your customer service is very poor.

  Terrible service, there were only three other tables in the restaurant and 5 servers. Our waitress Olivia could care less, I’m not sure if she was high or just plain special. We waited so long for our drinks that didn’t have hardly any alcohol in it. She forgot to bring out our food 2 different times!! Every time she would go back you could see her on her phone or talking to other coworkers. If you get Olivia as your server, just get up and leave.

  Muy mal servicio. Acabamos de salir de ahí muy inconformes, estuvimos esperando por 20 minutos y ni siquiera llegó ningún mesero a ofrecer bebidas. Los meseros se iban a atender a personas que llegaron después que nosotros. Jamás llegaron con nosotros y decidimos salir de ahí. LES URGE CONTRATAR MESER@S SINO EL NEGOCIO VA A QUEBRAR :(

  SLOW AS A SLOTH!! If you know you're having a "Thursday special" BE PREPARED! Waited for an entire hour for an online order and food still wasn't ready(really? 12 boneless wings was all I ordered) Didn't get to eat lunch at all, and all the waitress could say was "Sorry, we are short staffed and we have so many truck drivers orders in, we have 200 wings down" We'll where we're mine? Go somewhere else even if it is Buccees across the highway!!! This place sucks....ROYALLY!!!

  Work near by and I have a short lunch break. Have tried to get food on my lunch break several times. I Always order ahead online. Ever time I walk in there's no one at the desk and the rest of the wait staff just ignores us standing there. I usually call the store several times while standing there to get someone over to the desk. Usually burns at least 20 minuets of my 30 minuet lunch break.
