  I used to frequent this location often, but it has declined to the point where I no longer feel it’s worth spending my money here. It used to have a great atmosphere and felt energetic, but now the overall experience is completely different. The employees seem unhappy and are often short or disengaged when I try to have a simple conversation. Service has also gone downhill. What used to be a quick 5-minute wait has turned into a consistent 20-minute delay, which is frustrating for a place that used to be known for efficiency. On top of that, when my drink was made incorrectly and I brought it up, the response I received was dismissive. I was told, “we did it right, but I guess we can remake it,” which didn’t feel very customer-focused. It also seems like they are frequently out of basic items, which adds to the inconvenience. Overall, the quality, service, and atmosphere have all noticeably declined. I’m honestly looking forward to the Canyon location opening, because at this point, I don’t feel like spending my money at this one is a good choice anymore.

  We are regulars at 7 Brew. When we put in our phone number, we frequently get comments like, "oh, it's you" or "I've never seen this many points before". But, this particular location is slipping. They've been very slow getting to cars and we've had our order made wrong several times. We order low sugar and today my husband brought me a drink that was too sweet to drink (even though he ordered 1/4 sweet).

  This is the location we always visit when we are in Amarillo. They have always been super friendly and made our drinks to perfection. I am so excited because we are finally getting a 7brew in Pampa!! I really could not be more excited, I can only hope that they are as good as the western street 7brew, because this place rocks it every time!

  I went to seven brew and ordered a midnight rain and they gave me the wrong drink, I’m very disappointed, and it’s my first time I’ve been there hopefully it’s better next time

  Although the line was long and there was about a 10 minute wait, when we got to the front of the line our drinks were ready. The service was awesome, the girl taking my order was very sweet! And the drinks were very yummy
