As soon as we arrived we noticed the staff were out at the cashier, once they noticed we were pulling in , they hid in the back , and didn’t come out. Another customer was trying to get their attention outside the store , they completely ignored him too. Why get a job if you don’t want to work .

My husband was a general area maintenance for several subways in the rgv and has not met a hard working subway worker in so long especially so young! He is very polite treats all customers with respect and very precisely makes each sandwich with great time! The sandwiches were perfectly to our liking! Nice to meet a subway worker that doesn’t look and act like they hate their job! Good job Josh and thank you for your great customer service and sandwich making!

I placed a mobile order for pickup at that time, but upon arrival, I witnessed an employee exhibiting behavior strongly suggestive of impairment. This employee appeared disoriented, was observed rummaging in the trash, and demonstrated a significant lack of knowledge regarding standard operating procedures, including locating ingredients and processing a refund. As a result, we were unable to receive our order or obtain a refund.I have attempted to contact Subway management / corporate on several occasions to report this incident and request a resolution, but have encountered significant difficulty in reaching a manager or supervisor. The employee's behavior was deeply concerning, and raises serious questions regarding food safety and customer well-being.I have documented video evidence of this incident that I would be happy to share. This employee did attempt to make our sandwiches however he was so disoriented that he didn’t know he needed to use bread or where the bread was. He told us his name was Brandon. Please get him the help he needs and provide a resolution to this type of service so you don’t lose more customers. I personally will never give Subway another dime!
