    Whoever is in that kitchen does not know how to make brown rice!! That crap was dry and crunchy. They are serving it UNCOOKED!! My kid damn near choked!

    Well... Having Chipotle for the first time, and it didn't disappoint. All the burritos were small and cold. The "Large" bag of chips were good but 1/3 full. Everything had onions (didn't ask for onions). I spent 80$. We would rather have had Taco Bell. At least their food is warm.

    Everytime I come here, there’s nothing. No large tortillas, no queso… everyone just looks at each other and the service is horribly slow.

    Food was cold! Ordered online for pick up at 7:20. Got there at 7:15 and it was sitting getting cold. Ordered two drinks , asked me at the window what I wanted. Again 7:15 and they were already cleaning things ups and out of tea for the night! Asked for a drink holder. Sorry we are out!! Get my food and the queso that is $2.85 was not even full. See the photos. Was told that was the correct amount but when I go to other Chipotle locations that is not the issue. Ordered a bowl. Notice in the pictures barely anything in the bowl. Every time I go to this location I have issues. I will not be supporting this location any longer. I will drive to Friendswood!

    Disappointed with my order from chipotle. I ordered double chicken but it seems like I didn’t even get a serving size of chicken. Did not get my money’s worth.
