  Tonight we came to eat the restaurant was very nice and clean and the young man Robert was very kind and respectful. It’s nice to go into a restaurant and get fantastic service!!! Thank you very much

  Honestly everything should be a 0 star. We waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes before even trying to order. Once we got to the screen to order, we waited another 10 minutes to order but no one responded to us being there so we drove off. When we drove off we could see no one inside the building or any employees in the building(we drove around to see if anyone was there because there were cars in the back). It looked like no one was there!!! No orders, all the lights were on, and there were still cars waiting after us!!! I understand needing a break, but leaving the store unattended is unacceptable.

  Whomever is working the night shift tonight needs a major attitude adjustment. We were shorted 3 items, so almost immediately after leaving, we turned around and very politely told the individual working the drive through window what was missing. She was very kind about it, and let the other individual in the kitchen know what was missing. I very clearly heard the other individual say “I made those” despite them clearly not being in our bag. Once the 3 items were remade, the other individual in the kitchen is who brought them to the window, not the kind girl who was working the drive through previously. She handed us the food and rolled her eyes at us. As a business owner, I wanted to give her some guidance, so I called and told her “Thank you for fixing our order, but next time you may not want to roll your eyes at the customers”, because, you know, there are crazy people in this world and she didn’t give us the opportunity to say anything when she handed us the food. She immediately began yelling at me, so I said “Thank you, have a good night” and hung up the call. Avoid this Taco Bell in the evenings if you want to ensure that you have all of your food in your bag, and if you don’t want to be met with hatred when you go back to ask for the items you paid for!
