She was yelling and screaming at a middle aged man who either had an online order or was a delivery driver. She called the man a liar after he said something about the having met the owner. From my extensive customer service experience, everyone is either a current or potential future customer. This example completely unprofessional behavior, much less the tirade she continued throwing after getting the food and leaving, has zero place in the service industry…even fast food. Luckily I was only passing through town toward FW so I won’t have to worry about going back.
