  The kid taking payment was very rude, and the girl at the window was equally rude, I will go out of my way to go to a different McDonald's.

  I went through the drive through to pick up a mobile order which I had placed prior to arriving. After waiting over 10 mins to receive my order, items were missing. I asked for them and they said I’ll have to go around again and pay for them. I had to wait another millennia for the missing items which were paid for. I guess the sizes have changed because it’s $3.24 for a medium orange juice the size of a small at any other restaurant.

  This location is always hit or miss. But its almost 3am and im the only person in the drive thru and they couldnt get some mods right. Like did the exact opposite of what the mods were actually.

  So placed a mobile order and got here at 3:11am the lady comes on the headset and says they can only take cash we tell them we have a mobile order and that the money has already been taken out. When we tried to talk to the manager at the window to see if they could make the order he said no because the system is down so I asked how are they able to take cash then and he said they look up the prices. I told him I could show him my phone with the prices and that the payment has already been processed and he said no when I told him that doesn’t make since that they can take “cash” with the system down he got mad and I asked for the supervisors number he said you can look it up on google and slammed the window. Seems like the employees are trying to embezzle cash. Real sketchy and over all rude manager also wasn’t wearing a hair net. Will follow up with management tomorrow.

  The girl with the black bow in her hair every time I come is so very rude. She yells at her employees and customers too. It’s unacceptable and rude and not how you should go about things especially a business. If I was caught this mean or unsanitary at my job RIGHT DOWN THE STREET I would get fired instantly weather I’m a team leader manager or boss ect. I went through the drive through not to long ago too with my family and she looked at us like we were crazy just because we asked for extra KETCHUP and wouldn’t give us any. Mind you she’s the girl with the clear framed glasses and a blue head phone in the other ear WHILE having her headset on so I doubt she can even hear anyone. Everyone else I’ve met there is so sweet and helpful but she’s honestly a buzz kill. do not let her take your order.
