  I placed an order thru app and it wasn't ready. I went inside to counter and nobody acknowledged me till minutes later and when I asked about order they didn't let me know if it was ready or if they were working on it.

  Ordered on the app like 10 minutes before getting there went to stand by the counter everybody just looked at me and ignored me I smiled and waited when the girl went to go help someone else who had just gotten there I asked her like mam? Like I was there first she said sorry wait I asked another girl who was just hiding in the corner from customers like excuse me I've been waiting here for like 5 minutes and not one person acknowledged me ? I order literally one frappe like 15 minutes ago she says ok and walks away, the other girl finally come back and says if I'm here from doordash?? Like no it's an other for myself and she quickly goes and makes it and the other girl comes and takes over after I had already told her and she didn't even start on my order before she did, would never go back there again. It's no surprise they're working in a McDonald's if that's there motivation to work.

  This is the worst McDonald's in the McAllen Mission area, the staff are rude, the lines are long, and everybody is unhelpful. They run around like chickens with their heads cut off, and nobody knows what they're doing.
