  Very unsatisfied with the way the dude they're prepared the sandwich, teaching his hair/ hat & other things during the process. Gives me my change & proceeds to make the next sandwich with the same gloves on the whole time. Someone might get sick, very unprofessional. Never again.

  WORST EXPERIENCE EVER I went at 9:37 2/20-2026 the guy that attended me was very rude and was slamming things on the counter while doing my sub while getting the cup he yelled it was the wrong size instead of saying it politely

  On Wednesday Feb 18th around 6pm, we placed an order for a protein pocket. First of all, this location does not deserve any rating stars. Second of all, the service we received was terrible. The employee that served us spoke to us as if he didn’t even want to be there, would not even look at us, or engage with us. We had ordered a protein pocket before at different subway locations and know that it is supposed to be toasted, which the employee did not do. He just served it to us as is. Also, in other times, we were able to customize a protein pocket and add or remove veggies, however the employee said in a very rude manner that we can not do that, we can only get it as it comes. Further more when we got home, we could not even eat it due to it having a couple of ants in it, so we just tossed it. Horrible experience at that location and even worse yet, terrible management if they allow this kind of customer experience and do not do anything to correct it. As someone who has worked in customer service at restaurants before, this is something that should not happen or be allowed. Will never be going to this location again.

  Im going to have to start driving to a other subway cause man these employees are always in a bad mood. Disrespectful as well. The man serving us was coughing. Anyways i advise going to a different subway than coming here. Me and my family went in with cheery vibe and came out with horrible energy from there.
