  Went thru the drive thru, ordered double quarter pounder with cheese, medium fries , and 2 chicken ranch wraps. Got 2 wraps and a small fry. Service sucks, the guy that took the order sounded like a robot. I’ve been to thousands of McDonald’s, and this was the worst one, I would highly recommend Sonic

  It's McDonalds, the "spicy Sausage McMuffin" is a regular Sausage McMuffin with some spicy glop added. Thankfully they provided a fistful of napkins. Not a fan!

From the second I walked in, it was clear that customer service had either taken the day off or quit entirely. The employees didn’t just seem uninterested—they seemed actively annoyed that customers exist at all. I’ve seen more warmth from a broken ice machine. Ordering felt like I was asking for a personal favor instead of paying for food. Basic questions were met with blank stares, heavy sighs, and the kind of attitude usually reserved for telemarketers calling during dinner. If eye-rolling were an Olympic sport, this crew would bring home gold. As for the food, it somehow managed to match the energy of the staff: careless, rushed, and disappointing. It’s impressive, in a strange way, how a place built on consistency can still feel this off. The overall vibe? Imagine being an inconvenience in a building specifically designed to serve you—that’s the experience here. If you’re in Alpine and want to feel like a burden while buying a burger, congratulations, you’ve found your destination. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and keep driving until you find literally anywhere else.
