  Ordered a burger with only ketchup and received a burger with everything except ketchup. Then I ordered chicken strips and mentioned ranch three times, did not receive it and the box was broken in multiple areas. Ordered ketchup on the side, also did not receive it. For a meal I paid almost $50 on, it was so very much not worth it at all. I do not plan on going back.

  Pretty standard taste and quality. Our meals were delicious and service was excellent. The young people working at the Fairview Tx location are doing g an exceptional job.

  This location's food has gotten worse over the years. When we walked in, there was an employee (that was just out of work but was still in uniform) who was talking on the phone extremely loud (on the verge of yelling) in the dining area. We ordered food for take out and when we got home, we noticed that they barely gave us any fries and what we did get were luke warm, wilted and barely fried. It was so bad that we had to put them in our air fyer for it to be edible. The burgers were also luke warm. This has happened to us before last year but I figured it was a fluke. The only positive was that our cashier was nice. We won't be giving this restuarant a third chance to disappoint.

  Food and the staff are fine, but I promise you it’s the longest drive thru experience you’ll ever have in your life. Plan on waiting 10-15 minutes in the drive thru and that’s if it’s not very busy

  I am truly amazed at how different the quality of food is between the day shift and night shift team. Day shift, my food is perfect and accurate. It’s so fresh! If I come past 7 pm I’m guaranteed to have mediocre food, a wrong order and a horrible experience. It’s exhausting
