  Imagine paying $16 for a burger and a cookie, and then the staff forgets the cookie. What a joke. Should’ve just gone to chilis.

  Horrible. Thin meat on the burger and cold fries as if they were sitting in the warmer for hours. False advertisement. I’ve been ordering this my entire life. I know there is a such thing as inflation however if you’re going to cut back on the quality of the burger make sure the price agrees. Good service so that helps but food was crap.

  This place came to stay open until 1am, or at least that’s what’s listed here. I park at the front of the store, well before closing, and an employee yells at me FROM THEIR CAR that they are closed. What kind of customer service includes yelling at customers from their own cars? Make the drive across the highway and take your business there, plenty of other food places that have better service or at least won’t yell at ya!

  I have been to this location 4 or 5 times attempting to get a thin mint frosty but have been given a different reason for why they can't do it.

  Very disappointed. No service for register on the counter and only one screen working for self checkout. They don’t give maintenance to the screens and long line to order food.
