  Horrible experience the employees were too busy laughing and joking to put my order in right ordered 2 soft shell tacos and some how got a taco supreme and when i went back for a refund they acted confused and keep saying they will remake the order i told them no i want my refund they didnt calaulate the refund in the full about and took my receipt and wouldnt give me a refund receipt either just poor customer service and acting as if i did something wrong when they made the mistake no accountability. Never had this issue at any other taco bell

  I am very upset with the service, i ordered a drink filled it up with ice drinked half of it woke up the next morning there was a dead lizard in my drink, safety hazard, they also got my order wrong twice the same day super upset, when i came back to ask for a refund they told me there was no managers on shift

  My family and I went to Taco Bell on this past Saturday night and it was not a good experience. We specifically asked for Sauces only to get home and NONE were in the bag. We cant eat Taco Bell without sauce because that is the only thing that makes is edible. Needless to say we wasted our $30 because we ended up throwing the food in the trash. If you are going to be at the window, PAY attention to your customers requests. It could be the difference of a good or bad experience for them. I'm tired of wasting my money at these restaurants when they cant even get the simpliest things right. All they had to do is put the sauce in the bag. That is NOT hard.

  I visited this store on a Friday night. The food is very good, and a young lady wearing glasses is very friendly. I liked everything. 👍

  Last time I went to a taco bell I didnt receive everything I paid for, but this tlme not only was everything packed perfectly it was also labeled. Very neat and organized. Very much appreciated 4/4/26 at 11pm.
