I almost always order via the app, and he has always taken more than 20 minutes over the time it was scheduled to be done. The most recent visit I didn’t even show up until 20 minutes after I was supposed to in the order still wasn’t done. The Portillo’s in The Colony is excellent, I don’t think I’ve ever waited more than five minutes even when I ordered in person.

- CSChristian sanchez5 days ago1.0the food here is so nasty my chicken patty was filled with grease when I took a bite it squirted oil it look like it was filled with water in the middle but it wasn’t water it was cooking oil so disappointed I do not recommend. Sons burger was also dripping in oil will not be back
- TTtalyApr 19, 20265.0Went with my husband on Wednesday and we were trying out new places to eat and came upon Portillo's. Food was amazing; hamburgers and fries were fresh and so tasty! Tina, the manager, was the most friendliest ever and was very accommodating and always checking up on us. Very clean and spacious place for comfortable chats. Definitely a place to stop by for great staff and great food!

Definitely respect the work they put in for how fast my food was completed with how many people were in the building!! I ate the Rode house burger 🍔 can't describe how amazing it tasted. Definitely will be coming back later this week!
