  If you’re in Allen and craving consistently great pizza, Mr. Gatti’s is an absolute must-visit! From the moment you walk in, the vibe is warm, clean, and perfectly family-friendly. The pizza itself is the real star: perfectly baked crust, generous toppings, and flavors that taste fresh every single time. Whether you order a custom pie, grab a hot slice from the counter, or take advantage of their salad bar, everything is delicious and thoughtfully prepared. What really sets this location apart, though, is the staff (Majid / Bo). They’re genuinely friendly, quick to help, and clearly take pride in what they do. Orders come out fast, the dining area stays spotless, and the whole place just feels welcoming. It’s the kind of spot that works for everything: a quick weeknight dinner, a weekend lunch with the kids, or even a casual catch-up with friends. Great food, fair prices, and outstanding service in a convenient Allen location. I keep coming back, and it never disappoints.   We got a Large pepperoni pizza, half with jalapeño. Me and daughter loved it. Flavor was great and the crust was perfect. When we got there to pick up, I believe the gentleman outside was the owner, he said “You have a pick up? You can wait in the car, I’ll bring it to you.” But my daughter needed to use the restroom, which they did let her even though they don’t have a public restroom but I think they saw she was a small child that couldn’t hold it. Then when we picked up our pizza, the owner held our pizza and walked us to our car. So not just great pizza but great customer service as well. We will be back.

  This is one of the nicest people to run a restaurant I've ever encountered. Always fast with the pizza, always delicious and always affordable. I love this place. As a bonus, it takes me back to my childhood to have this pizza. It still tastes the same and I love it.

  As mentioned by a previous review, the service at this location is exceptional. So mush so, I'm taking the to brag about it in this review. My husband and I happened to be in the neighborhood on a Sunday afternoon, craving a classic take out pizza but have had a hard time finding anything worth writing home about. When I realized a Mr. Gatti's was nearby, I was excited to revisit a childhood favorite. What a lovely surprise! The kind, attentive service was as nastalgic as the pizza. The gentleman at the counter was so welcoming and offered to deliver our pizza to our car as we waited. The pizza was delicious! The buttery, flaky, crust is what I've been missing from the other pizza joints in the area. All the ingredients were fresh and perfectly portioned while their sauce really stood out, perfectly seasoned with a little spice. We wish we lived closer for delivery but will definitely make the drive from this point forward. I hope they continue to receive well deserved support and patronship from the community. Great job, Mr. Gatti's! You're a gem!!
